Refund Policy
We stand behind the quality of our products and services at the Reel Fishing Club. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items for a refund within 30 days. Items must be returned in unused, original condition with all components and packaging intact. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will initiate a refund for the purchase price minus the outbound and inbound shipping costs. The applicable shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount. We aim to make the returns process as straightforward as possible while accounting for shipping expenses.There is a 30-day window to return eligible items

1. Items must be unused and in their complete, original packaging

2. A refund will be issued for the purchase price once the return is processed

3. However, the outbound shipping cost to send the item initially, as well as the inbound shipping for the return, will be deducted from the refund amount

By setting these expectations upfront, customers understand that refunds are only given for truly unused items, and that shipping fees in both directions will be accounted for in the final refund calculation.The goal is to have a reasonable refund policy that protects the club from losses on used/damaged returns while still providing customers with a way to get a refund if they are not satisfied with their purchase.
